Rcb is definitelly underrated at shamans, you miss out on a lot of attacks with msb when running around and due to shamans jumping, and the slower rcb is less affected. First off, the dragon crossbow is just a no because it has 94 ranged attack compared to the dhc's 95. So even vs non-dragons, the dhc is slightly better than the dragon crossbow.
